Bard, Google's alternative to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, was launched two months ago in the US and the UK, allowing users to explore and interact with generative AI. It has now been moved to PaLM 2 (a larger language model) and will soon be accessible in 180 countries and territories.

Google has launched a new product range in its pixel portfolio from new A-series, tablets, and foldable devices.
New Addition to A-series
Pixel 7a, the successor to the Pixel 6a, has been launched on May 10 at the Google I/O event. The smartphone has an improved display over its successor with a 6.1-inch full-HD+ OLED display along with a 90Hz refresh rate, housed with a 4385mAh battery capacity, and Andriod 13 out-of-the-box. Speaking about camera units, the smartphone comes with a 12-megapixel front and 64-megapixel (OIS) + 13-megapixel rear camera powered by a Google Tensor G2 SoC.

New Foldable Phone in the Market
The first foldable phone from Google is powered by its in-house Tensor G2 SoC that runs on Android 13 with a triple rear camera setup. The smartphone has a 180-degree folding hinge and is backed by a 4,821mAh battery capacity.

The smartphone features a 7.6-inch inner display with a 6:5 aspect ratio, 380ppi pixel density, and 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 5.8-inch full-HD+ OLED outer display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The external display has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, while the inner display has a plastic coating.

Google Pixel Tablet was unveiled on Wednesday at the Google I/O event alongside the Google Pixel Fold and the Pixel 7a. The tablet ships with a multi-purpose magnetic charging speaker dock, which serves as a charging platform for the tablet and simultaneously acts as an additional speaker.

The tablet comes with a 10.95-inch WQXGA screen with an aspect ratio of 16:10, a peak brightness level of 500nits, and a pixel density of 276ppi. Powered by tensor G2 SoC, the tablet is equipped with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 inbuilt storage and is backed by a 27Wh battery.
