The Pegasus spyware developed by NSO group, an Israel Cyberarm firm, can infiltrate into smartphones especially all Android and few versions of iOS systems. This SpyWare transmitted to a target smartphone by a WhatsApp call (entres into the phone even call is not answered/attended) It doesn't transmit data when the mobile is roaming, unless it is connected to WIFI.
